Iron Art - Modeled after the television show, “Iron Chef,” Iron Art is designed to be a fun, interactive and creative experience for people of all ages. Open to everyone- no artistic ability required.
Girls’ Day – Invites Milton girls in grades 3-8 and the important women in their lives to have a day together with crafts, classes and workshops. The day is completely free!
Teen Trips - Teen Trips offering outings throughout the state to Milton Middle School students in grades 6-8. These are a low-cost and high-fun way for youth to experience active and engaging activities throughout the school year.
Alternative Spring Break (ASB) - This is a week-long community service trip to another part of the country for Milton High School students. This selective program builds leadership skills and forms new friendships.
Edible Book Festival - This international annual event is held on or around April 1. During the festival, participants are invited to make books out of edible materials and share them with the public in both noncompetitive and competitive viewing areas.
Our Voices Xposed (OVX) - OVX is a youth-led, youth-run movement focused on exposing the truth about tobacco for students in grades 9-12. Through regular student-led meetings, programs, and activities, this club gets the word out about healthy lifestyles.
Vermont Kids Against Tobacco (VKAT) – Fun and creative activities for 7th & 8th graders to learn more about the effects of smoking and chewing tobacco and prevention.
Summers 4 Youth – Exposing teens to new experiences through fun and educational trips and activities throughout the summer – all for a fraction of the cost! Past trips have included Ausable Chasm, UVM Ropes Course, North Beach and more. Scholarships are available.
Michigan Model – Prevention-based, in-school classes for grades 3-8 to teach children coping skills, nutrition, alcohol & drug information and more.
Activities Fair – An annual opportunity in September to find out what local nonprofit organizations have to offer the Milton Community.
